In 1998, Dante�s business career also took new heights as he became the Interim Chief Financial Officer of The Lark Group, LLC a Lexington based company that owns and operates several restaurant franchises. A year later and given the considerable grow of the company a full-time CFO was brought in and Dante became the Controller and Chief Technology Officer. This change permitted Dante to continue his strong involvement in the thoroughbred industry. The owner of the company is an avid horse lover and Dante hopes that he will joined his list of clients in the near future.
